Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is defective or different from what was originally ordered. Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory at the time of raising the request, and requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on sale or discounted items, gift cards, or purchases made using coupon codes. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not comply with these conditions.
Refunds
Once a return request is approved, the product will be inspected before processing a refund or exchange. Any additional charges related to shipping, express delivery, or cash-on-delivery (COD) are strictly non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, and COD charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. Any return shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the return process.
